Dreame X60 Series × CyberX Creator Selection Campaign (Western & Southern Europe)

 

1. Organizer

This campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Dreame

 (“Dreame”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

2. Eligible Markets

This Campaign is open to residents of the following countries:

Germany

France

Italy

Spain

Netherlands

Switzerland

United Kingdom

Participants must participate from one of the eligible markets listed above.

3. Campaign Period

The Campaign will begin on May 20, 2026 and will continue until all ten (10) Dreame CyberX units allocated for the Campaign have been assigned by Dreame.

In any event, Dreame expects to finalize and confirm all selected winners no later than sixty (60) days following the Campaign start date.

4. Nature of the Campaign (Important Disclosure)

This Campaign is not a lottery, prize draw, or game of chance.

Selection is based on eligibility verification and content collaboration suitability, rather than random selection.

The usernames of all confirmed selected participants will be publicly announced and pinned in the comments section of the official Campaign post published by Dreame’s official social media account.

5. Eligibility

Participants must:

Be at least 18 years old;

Reside in one of the eligible countries listed above;

Have purchased a qualifying Dreame X60 Series product during the first sale period: from 00:00 June 5 to 24:00 June 11, European Time;

Hold an active public social media account (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Facebook);

Be willing to participate in a content collaboration activity if selected.

Dreame reserves the right to exclude employees, contractors, agencies, or affiliated partners involved in the Campaign.

6. How to Participate (DM Submission)

To participate, eligible users must:

Send a direct message (“DM”) to the official Dreame social media account (e.g. Instagram/Facebook/TikTok as applicable);

Provide valid proof of purchase of a Dreame X60 Series product;

Provide their social media account details and contact information;

Accept these Terms & Conditions.

Submission of proof of purchase via DM does not guarantee selection or reward.

By voluntarily sending a DM with the required information, participants explicitly consent to the processing of their personal data as described in these T&C and Dreame’s privacy policy.

7. Selection Process

Participants will be evaluated by Dreame based on qualitative and objective criteria, including but not limited to:

Authenticity and validity of purchase proof;

Social media presence and content quality;

Creative potential and storytelling ability;

Audience relevance and engagement;

Willingness to create and publish CyberX-related content.

Selected participants (“Selected Creators”) will be contacted directly by Dreame or its authorized partners.

Dreame ensures that selection is conducted fairly and without discrimination, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

8. Reward & Content Collaboration Model

Up to ten (10) Selected Creators may receive a Dreame CyberX device (“Reward”).

The Reward is provided as part of a content collaboration arrangement, and selected participants may be required to:

Create and publish social media content featuring the CyberX product;

Follow reasonable briefing guidelines provided by Dreame;

Publish content within an agreed timeframe;

Allow Dreame to reuse, repost, and distribute content globally for marketing purposes on a royalty-free, non-exclusive basis.

The Reward:

Is non-transferable;

Cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products;

May not be resold prior to official authorization by Dreame.

Claiming the Reward shall not impose any cost whatsoever on Selected Creators. Dreame will proactively contact Selected Creators via the social media platform’s official messaging system or the email address provided. Selected Creators are not required to incur any telecommunication, postage, or other fees to claim, receive, or enjoy the Reward.

9. Transparency & Advertising Disclosure

Where required by applicable laws in the EU and UK, Selected Creators must clearly disclose the commercial relationship with Dreame when publishing content.

This may include, but is not limited to:

Using hashtags such as #ad, #sponsored, or equivalent local disclosure tags;

Ensuring content is not misleading regarding its commercial nature.

Dreame may provide guidance to support compliance with applicable influencer marketing regulations.

10. Verification & Disqualification

Dreame reserves the right to verify:

Proof of purchase authenticity;

Identity of participants;

Ownership of social media accounts.

Participants may be disqualified in cases of:

Fraudulent or misleading information;

Violation of these Terms & Conditions;

Failure to fulfill agreed content obligations after selection.

11. Data Protection (GDPR & UK GDPR Compliance)

By voluntarily sending a DM with the required information, participants explicitly consent to the processing of their personal data as described in these T&C and Dreame’s privacy policy.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with:

General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”)

UK GDPR (where applicable)

The Organizer will process participants’ personal data (e.g., username, contact information, submitted content) solely for the following purposes:

Campaign administration;

Participant communication;

Product fulfillment;

Content collaboration coordination.

 

Participants have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable law. Participants may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Organizer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of data processing before withdrawal. To exercise your rights (access, rectification, deletion, or withdrawal of consent), please contact: zhangyuheng@dreame.tech

Personal data of non-selected participants will be deleted within 30 days after the campaign ends. Data of Selected Creators will be retained for 3 years for contractual and legal compliance purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dreame shall not be liable for:

Technical failures or submission errors;

Delays or interruptions beyond reasonable control;

Indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

13. Modification or Termination

Dreame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign where reasonably necessary for legal, operational, or technical reasons, in compliance with applicable regulations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of Germany , excluding its conflict of law provisions. However, this choice of law shall not deprive a participant residing in a European Union member state or the United Kingdom of the mandatory protections provided by the consumer protection laws of their country of residence.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this Campaign, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including the content collaboration and disclosure obligations.
